United Youth are the newest generation of Wilkes-Barre Hardcore. Formed by 5 high school friends, United Youth set out to play hardcore the way they wanted and to have fun. United Youth released their demo on Back To Back in 2010 and are in the process of writing and recording their debut 7″ for a split release between Back To Back Records and Lockin Out Records from Boston, Mass.

Stick Together, Wilkes-Barre, PA, was formed in the spring of 2010. After releasing a demo with Back To Back, Stick Together quickly embarked on a tour down to Chaos and Tejas with Give and has been touring and writing since then. Most recently, the band released their debut 7″ entitled “No More Games” on Back To Back and have been touring the US with bands like Rival Mob, Dead End Path, and Give. Stick Together is a straight edge band.

Disengage is a straight edge hardcore band from Wilkes-Barre, PA started in 2008. Disengage plays a style of hardcore similar to early NYHC, short, fast, and aggressive with a straight edge message. Disengage has released a demo and 7″ on Back To Back. Their 7″, “Look Back E.P.” was released this past August and limited to 500 copies. Disengage plans on releasing new material soon.
